Seek First to Understand, then to be Understood..

Dalam keadaan tekanan yang semakin meningkat naik dan sangat dipercayai akan berkadar songsang dengan masa ini.. Sepatotnya malam ini sudah menapakkan diri di hostel terchenta di Pandan Mewah, tp disebabkan emak mengajak pergi beraya ke rumah kawan2nya sekitar Klang, *kang orang x kenal plak anak Normadiah yg sulung nih... Ohhh, ye.. nme ibunda sye Normadiah. Tp, bukan yg pelakon dulu2 yg berlakon dgn P. Ramlee tu. bukan!* maka niat yg suci lagi murni itu terpaksa ditunda ke esokkn harinye..InsyaAllah.. kalau duduk rumah yang aman binti makmur ni, memang xde wujudnye istilah study la sejak bergelar student medic ni.. Rumah adalah tempat untuk mereleasekn stress.. No book please...

Dan dalam keserabutan kepale untuk menyiapkan case write up, *mcm assessment la* pergilah menggeledah kutub kanah folder psychiatry dalam Mcbuk kesayangan hamba ni kn, tetibe terjumpe folder lagi dalam tu, tajuknye 'presentation senior'.. *xtau la senior sendiri ke senior uni lain sebab macam dah campur2 dah dalam nih* bukak la kn, ad plak power point tajuk 'personality and its test'.. ce bukak sikit tengok... screen punye screen ad plak personality test dalam tu.. ade 20 soklan je... ok, try buat la... haha~ sambil sumbat telinga layan lagu Arashi... he~ *dlm bnyk keje CWU ko kene buat, mende alah ni gak yg ko buat?? haila..* sanye dah lame nak buat personality test, dulu dah buat dah.. Yg ni x sure personality test yg mne 1.. Bnyk personality test wujud dlm dunia ni.. n x semestinye betul pon..

Yang bab loyal tu rsenye betol la kot, die ni setia.. Kalau dah sayang kat orang tu, memang susah la die nak lepaskn.. tu yg malas nak sayang kat orang lebih2 nih..ish.. ikot deadline pon betol gak la, walau pon buat keje last minute.. Memang suke pada peraturan, fakta.. Suke pada jadwal yang sistematik.. Kalo bole sume nak plan awal2, x suke rushing2, x suke stress2.. Kalo time exam, korg jgn buat muke stress atau aksi stress.. rileks je, cool je.... Bukan ape, sebab dalam hidup ni kene la ad peraturan.. Bukan ke kite hidup dalam dunia ni pon ikut peraturan Allah? Kn? So, normal la tu.. yg no 3 tu, think of themselves? apekah? dah dorg memang mature nak wat cane? Stable? ape yg stable? emosi? financial? huh. x stable lansung! yg last tu betul.. hehe.. kdg2 terlebih2 pon, x bagus gak.. buat sakit jantung je.. appear too logical.. mmg suke sngt ngan bende logik nih... sebab tu dulu suke subjek fizik n math.. sebab gne logik.. bab2 membace kene gune daya ingatan ni, alamat jadi bantal la... *tp, amik medic.. haha... ni sume  konspirasi nih... :p* and forget their impact on other people.. yg ni mne tau.. dah kate forget, so mne ak hengat.. haha..

Kalau janji ngan orang pukul 5, biasenye InsyaAllah 459 dah datang dah.. sebab prinsip "penantian adalah satu penyeksaan" amatlah diguna pakai disini.. Tak suke menunggu dan ditunggu.. benci sungguh.. Tp kalo dgn kawan2 yg dah agak lame kenal, dah tau perangai die, lame2 dah masak ranum dah.. dah immune plak.. haih~ ye la kite ni kdg2 agak fleksible gak, tp kdg2 hangin gak.. hu.. Kalo kite percaya kat sum1 ni kn? Kite mesti cite segale bende kat die n expect mende yg same dr die? Betul la kn? x ek? Hmm betol la test ni.. Pandai betul orang ni buat.. ish2... lepas tu, x same mcm ape yg diexpect, makan dalam sendiri... *ok2, kalo perangai buruk gini, kene ubah la, jgn expact org akan bagi 100% ape yg 100% kita dah bagi...Dah ko g cerita, caye kat die kn? tp, x payah la expect yg org tu akan cerita balik prob ke share cerita best ke kat ko balik... ok.* Bab SOP ni, mmg I suke la, sebab kn senang kalo dah ad protokol, ikot je la.. jgn bnyk bunyik.. Point ke3 tu paling best, kalo dah dapat bce novel, x payah makan 1 hari pon xpe, tp x tido x bole.. Tido tu nikmat woo... Under extreme stress tu x tau la plak, x pernah lagi.. Tp, Al-Quran dah ajar care handle stress dgn betol... So, do'a dan tawakal je lepas dah usaha sungguh2.. Yg lain2, sngt betul la...

Konklusinye, Psychologist yang buat personality test ni memang pakar la dalam bidang die.. Memang tepat lagi bernas untuk seseorang memahami diri sendiri dulu sebelum nak orang lain memahami diri anda.. Kadang2 kite pon, x paham diri sendiri kn? Apatah lagi orang sekeliling nak paham kita.. kalau org tu cakap kat kite, ' aku dah kenal sngt ko nih, luar dalam ak bole predict '.. nmpak sngt menipu! Aku pon baru paham diri ak tadi.. haha.. Betol la jugak kot, kalo dah korg tu extrovert, sume mende korg cite kat kawan korg tu, mmg r sume pon luar dalam die tau.. Tp kn, Steven R.Covey tulis dalam buku die The Seven habits of Highly Effective People, Habit ke-5 : Seek first to understand, then to be understood... So, jgn harap org lain nak paham kite je, cube paham org lain gak.. Letak diri sendiri dalam kasut org lain.. Tp, kdg2 asyik kite je nak paham org, x best gak kn? hmmm...

P/s: Ce try buat mne2 personality test tu, supaye korg bole paham diri sendiri dgn lebih terperinci.. Yg mne nmpk x berape nak elok tu, cube2 la baiki.. Yg baik, kite teruskan dan polish lagi supaye jadi lagi baik.... Ce try... Buat je personality test yg mne2 pon...
