Ok, bermula la 3 mggu study week sebelum final battle.. bnyk giler kelas revision sampai risau bile ak nak g ward prektis short case nih? n bile mse plak nak study? huhu~ rase mcm bnyk dah bce dah, tp still bnyk lagi x bace.. Yg penting bce common things dulu.. jgn bace mende2 luar alam dulu.. Tp, kalo gerak hati anda nak bce sngt mende tu, better bace dulu.. ini berlaku kat diri sendiri.. I got Ischemic Limb for my Long Case.. never discuss in the class, never clerk n never seen this kind of patient before.  So, kite pon xkan expect bole masuk long case! Tp, Alhamdulillah time study week ni sye bace tajuk vascular disease for the whole chapter! Org akan cakap, apesal la ko bace tajuk nih.. x pernah jumpe pon patient ni kat ward.. n doktor pon x pernah cakap pon kn? Tp, just bace jer... jgn peduli org lain cakap aper, sebab exam ni kite sorg2, bukan kawan kite bole tolong pon, Dia je bole tolong! n sngt2 bersyukur sebab Allah hantar pertolongan tu! Alhamdulillah3x... :D

n sebenarnye, pertolongan Die ad bnyk care.. hanya org yg mengalaminye sendiri je bole tau bile Allah tolong.. So, feel it urself.. n The feeling is sooooooo great!

Minggu theory sngt2 memenatkan.. dan jgn pernah perasan anda kan habes bace sume mende, yg penting spot soklan jgn lupe bace.. nak share lagi 1 pertolongan-Nya, for my PMP 2 paper, O&G n surgical cases. For O&G, for me just focus on the spot question sebab ktorg mmg sure giler soklan tu yg keluar, tp prepare jugak la soklan2 lain.. in case x keluar, menangis air mata darah pon x gune.. utk surgical case, mmg sume org akan spot soklan masing2.. n diri sendiri x spot sngt la.. hmm,, ikot gerak hati jugak la.. n yes, my instinct was true! Bende pertama yg sye revise malam tu yg keluar esok. It's colorectal cancer! again, Alhamdulillah... :D

Untuk MCQ, nothing much.. anything under the sun can come up. So, just be cool.. hehe...

Cuti 2 hari, exam clinical plak.. Luckily, kene second day.. So, got more time to revise.. :D Time ni, yg penting PE mesti tip top utk short case, tp kalo korg dah biase examine patient, insyaAllah xde masalah... n kalo dpt patient paeds, jgn lupe kat parents dorg, which I slack kat cni.. kene tegur lepas habes 10 minutes.. huhu~ =.=" sebab dpt patient CP (cerebral palsy), parents die dah bg green light, so g terus je kat bdk tu, x kenalkan diri kat parents pon.. adei~

Hari yg ditunggu2 pon tiba la jua akhirnya.... cewahhh.. 645 dah menapak ke depan, tunggu bas USIM yg akan menbawa kami ke PPUKM dimana kami akan dipergorengkan. eh? ad ke perkataan nih? Dalam bas pon sempat  lagi tu revise cket2, time ni bace pon rasenye masok la jugak cket.. So, just tngk2 la jugak nota2 korg yg cantik tu.. Kang lepas ni xde chance nak tngk dah.... G exam by group, n I was in second grp.. ingat ni yg penting -ta-nun-nga- jgn gelabah... what happen during my long case? tersalah categorize patient.. =.=" ok. patient is chronic diabetic, juat buat Ray amputation for whole left toes.. still on bandage lagi... then, got long scar kat left lower limb extend dr left inguinal region which I think from the femoral artery down medially sampai medial malleolus kot. Patient ni dr ward, sebab die pakai baju hospital. So, tnye la pakcik ni dr ward mne? wad tulang ke perubatan ke wad lain? Pakcik jawab perubatan. ok.. then, tnye la everything pasal kaki die, kenape bole camtu n all about diabetic. then, pakcik ckp die ad buat angiogram.. *actually pakcik sebut mende lain, i guess it was angiogram kalo tngk scar w/p x pernah tngk pon scar panjang cmtu n wonder buat angiogram ad scar ker? n i'm sure it's not faciotomy scar.* ok, after examine sume which sye terlambat dlm 2 minit cetu, sebab t'lupe nak amik BP pakcik which menimbulkan sedikit kekecohan diluar.. haha... *tunggu jap, pon x bole..;p* Bawak g bilik examiner, masok2 nmpk dato Mahmud (surgion), Dr Maiza (O&G) n sorg lagi exernal (paediaticians). Mule pelik, asal xde physician or at least orthopedic surgeon? hoho.. xpe2, -ta-nun-nga- stat present kes bla bla bla.. Tp, Dato' mmg x puas hati dgn history...
